Do I have to have an account on Medicalmart to place an order?
No. You can order as a guest by selecting Checkout as Guest at the payment step.rnRegistered accounts offer additional benefits: saved UAE delivery addresses, full orderrnhistory, a wishlist feature, and access to promotional newsletters. Registration is free.
How do I shop on your site as a guest?
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. At the login step, select Checkoutrnas Guest. Enter your UAE delivery address and contact details, choose your paymentrnmethod, and place your order. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address.
My password is not working, how do I sign-in?

How can I place an order?
Browse or search for your product, click Add to Cart, then proceed to checkout.rnLog in or check out as a guest, enter your UAE delivery address, choose your paymentrnmethod, and confirm your order. You will receive an SMS and email confirmation oncernyour order is placed.
Can I buy multiple products in a single order?
Yes. Add each item to your cart using the Add to Cart button, then proceed torncheckout once all items are in your basket. There is no limit on the number ofrnproducts per order.
What is a Wishlist and how do I use it?
The Wishlist lets you save products you want to buy later. Click the heart icon onrnany product page to add it. Access your wishlist from the My Account section. If anrnitem is out of stock, adding it to your wishlist will trigger a notification when itrnbecomes available.

What are the discounts available?

How do I know my order is confirmed?

What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard delivery within the UAE is within 7 - 10 days for in-stock items orderedrnbefore the daily cut-off. For remote locations or heavy items such as hospital beds and large medical equipment, delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of order.
How can I add/ remove a product from my order?

What is your shipping policy?
MedicalMart delivers to all seven UAE Emirates. Standard in-stock orders arerndispatched within the same day and delivered within 24 hours for Dubai and mainrncity addresses. Orders placed after the daily cut-off are dispatched the followingrnbusiness day. Saturdays to Thursdays are active delivery days.
Why is the delivery time different for different products?
We source items from a large network of merchants spread across the country. The delivery time for an item is determined by various factors such as, the location from where the item is procured, and the logistics network available at your location. Hence, the delivery dates may vary from one item to the other.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all of the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman,rnRas Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. For your specific area, enterrnyour delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and estimated delivery date.
Does Medicalmart ship outside the UAE?
Currently, Medicalmart doesn't ship items outside of the UAE. However, Medicalmart does allow you to make purchases for your loved ones in UAE from anywhere in the world by using your international credit or debit cards issued in UAE. You will need to ensure that the Shipping Address is in UAE.
Can I ship the products to an address which is different from my billing address?
Yes. Please enter details of your shipping address in the “My Address” section of your account. Alternatively, you can add a new address at the time of checkout, by clicking the “Add New Address” tab on the page.
How can I change my billing address?
You can edit your existing billing address in the “My Address” section of your account. However you cannot change your billing address, once you have already placed an order.
Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?
The day our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order, they will notify you via an SMS about the delivery. Additionally, our delivery partner will call you if they are unable to locate your address.
How do I track my order?
You can check the status of any order you've placed on the Your Account page.
- For orders that haven't yet entered the shipping phase, you'll be able to check the order total, delivery address, payment method, item availability and estimated delivery date.
- For orders that have been shipped, you will see the date and delivery method, and an estimated date of delivery.

What is Medicalmart's Exchange/Return policy?
Medicalmart’s 15-day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on our website for any kind of manufacturing defect or damage within 15 days of receipt of the item.
- You need to register an exchange request within 15 days of receipt of the item. We will ensure that a reverse pick up of the order is arranged for you within 48 hours. We will deliver the exchange order to you within 7 working days.
- You need to register a return request within 15 days of receipt of the item. We would request that you don’t use the product and maintain the product’s original condition, packaging, labels, invoices and price tags.
- In the case of processing a refund for an order paid using the Cash on delivery option, we will contact you to confirm your bank details to initiate the process. The refund will be processed in 3-5 working days from the date of approval of refund. How will you refund the amount for the cancelled order? How long will it take?
In the case of cancelled orders, refunds for orders paid using the Cash on Delivery option are processed within 3-5 working days from the date of approval of refund. In the case of refunds for orders paid using prepaid options, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 7-10 working days. Effectively, it takes up to 2 weeks for completion of refund requests for cancelled orders.
