Featuring a distinct five-layer, bordered design with a highly absorbent core, ALLEVYN LIFE Dressings can absorb and lock away high levels of exudate (including viscous exudate). Delivering long wear performance, they help to reduce the time and costs associated with dressing changes.
All dressing shapes and sizes include a gentle silicone contact layer, a showerproof top layer, plus unique masking technology to help to reduce the impact of exudate strikethrough and wound odour.

Long-wear ALLEVYN LIFE Dressings can be worn almost twice as long as previous
dressings, and have been shown to significantly redistribute pressure over a
larger contact area.
Unlike other dressings with bonded layers, ALLEVYN LIFE Dressing layers move
independently within the dressing to absorb energy that can deform and damage soft
tissue.
